Our History

Events at 108 has been home to many businesses since 1909. The building was originally a farm store selling tools and equipment. It was also an appliance sales and repair shop, electrical repair shop and V.F.W. Post 1237 from 1953-2007. The building was sold to an individual in 2007 and went into a major decline as the roof failed and deteriorated the interior structure for well over a decade. 

In April 2023, Gary Mitchell purchased the building and began major demolition and renovation. Many of the buildings historical aspects were restored during this process making it a charming and unique event center. Gary’s goal in renovating is to make you feel as it may have felt entering the space 115 years ago.
